I dont understand how organizations like DOS , USCIS can do such
Ping-pong childish things in their official website.
Save us God !
This shows that they are preparing for the legal fight!! Covering up as much as they can.

Can someone suggest a good attorney (based on your personal experience) for sending AC21 letters to the USCIS? If possible please post the cost involved as well. Preferably in CT/NY/NJ area, any other area is fine too. Thanks!

process, thanks to Cohen & Grisby PERM presentation at the recent AILA conference.
So, things might slow down for PERMs due to this. Of course it will. See my posts about C & G elsewhere.

At least I know 3 or 4 universities in around MI and OH. They have only online classes and on Sunday. It allows most of the students to take their classes that way. The rest 6 days they can work any where and make money and pay the university. One of the universities has 90% of the students from one of the small countries adjacent to India.

This is what i had read one of the blog sites i visit
The Bridge Amendment that we all had such high hopes for last week has failed to survive conference. This is an enormous setback to our effort.
All is not lost however, there is still a chance for the amendment to be offered in one of the forthcoming budget bills, including a likely omnibus at years end.
You Can check out the Site

SA 3404 to HR 3043 is the one which is failed to survive the Senet
SA 3404 to HR 3043, seeks to amend the forthcoming Labor Health and Human Services appropriations bill, by recapturing 61,000 unused visas for Schedule A workers and their derivative family members.
And the Second one is
SA 3442, is also offered as an amendment to HR 3403. SA 3442 is a much more comprehensive amendment that seeks to recapture visas for not just Schedule A workers and their derivative family members, but also for conventional EB workers.
Hope i had answered your query

In the past I have led delegations to Washington DC and held several meetings at my state chapter. It is time for new blood to step forward and take the reign of community leadership. Can someone please step to own this? I will support that person in every possible way.

So much for unions to support them for mid term elections.. Come next year, if dems still have same majority, H1B/L1B word will be removed from India's IT dictionary..

I do not support this donor ONLY idea.
Also, Day 1, the FOIA initiative had a goal of $5K.
And without reason, the goal was increased to $10K.
So, pappu should not complain of not reaching the goal when he keeps increasing the goal.
stay consistent.
Is reddog the new browncow? :D:p;)
Dint you read that 5K will get us the data in more than 1 year. Do you want to wait for one year.

Look at the mistake again
http://travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/bulletin/bulletin_3266.html
Effective Monday July 2, 2007 there will be no further authorizations in response to requests for Employment-based preference cases. All numbers available to these categories under the FY-2007 annual numerical limitation have been made available.
IS THIS A MISTAKE OR REAL

There are no US embassies on US soil..I think you meant USCIS local office and are alluding to "interim" EADs. USCIS discontinued that practice last year.
I thought if we dont get the EAD after 90 days, we can walk into the US Embassy in the city nearer to us and get the EAD on the spot(more like a driver's license).
