I went for Fingerprinting for I-485 case seond time on 9th May. When it is updated in your profile at uscis website. I see it is still showing up old dates as LUD.

Hi Sukhpreet, are you sure the actual petition was filed and denied, or just the labor condition application (LCA) was denied? The LCA is one component of the H-1B petition; it requires a valid FEIN number, and it needs to be certified in order for the H-1B petition to be filed. Most likely, this is what has been denied because the DOL could not find/match the number. The lawyer can just refile the LCA with the appropriate IRS documentation, and it should be certified within a week. The H-1B petition can then be filed with the certified LCA.

I am trying to get Visa Appointment for my Mom.
<> For Mumbai appointment how long is it taking ? any idea ?
This tool is supposed to provide the earliest available appt. date:
https://www.vfs-usa.co.in/ApplnForms/EarliestDate.aspx
But does not show any date after all info is entered.
<> They want some fees to be paid via HDFC bank .
Is there a way , I can do it sitting in USA ?
<>My Mom is a working professional having her own enterprise in India. She got 10 year Multiple Entry visa in past. How will they view her application ? will it have ANY bearing on the fact that I applied for GC and my PD is now current ?

Thank you. I checked it out. My nephew (7yrs) also plans to come for 3 weeks with my in laws. He has never been to the US before, and his parents are not coming either. The site mentioned that parents visa papers also have to be attached, I am not sure what this means. (His parents have never applied for the visa)

Hi,
I applied for my first EAD in May 2007 and had FP done in June 2007. I am now applying for my EAD renewal. Will there be another FP for the renewal?
This is really urgent as I am traveling to India in April for a month and I don't want to miss the FP appointment. Please let me know if you have info on this?
