Swift 3D does not allow you to add special textures to 3D objects besides the colors and lighting. You will need to look at a 3rd party software package to enable texturing.

While abolishing birthright citizenship is a long-shot issue for anti-immigrants, some are setting their hopes on a target that they hope is easier to hit - the right of all children in the US to a public school education. But you say that the Supreme Court ended the discussion on this nearly 30 years ago in the Plyler case when they held that all children in the US - even those illegally present - have the right to attend public schools under the Equal Protection Clause of the Constitution. Silly you, the antis are hoping that enough conservatives have been...

Just a thought.. maybe some experts can help..
Does BEC Capture the following information at the time of entering data..
Type of application Eb2, 3 or Other workers category..
Nationality of application..
My understanding is that BEC does not determine the EB2 or EB3 until the final stage, nor is the nationality captured as part of the older labor process (I could be wrong.).. and if the nationality is captured then an application of an Indian can only be substituted by an Indian???
In case they dont,,, how can DOS determine the all the 245(i) applications at the BEC are Eb2.. or Eb3.. or for that matter from India. On an optimistic side.. when all the cases at the BEC get cleared in June 07 and DOS realizes that bulk of the cases were for Other Workers Category .. may dates for EB2 and EB3 could make huge movement forward then..

since this memorial day Lee Greenwood's song will be going on everywhere...i thot i d provide some alternate lyrics for us to sing along.
And I wish I was an American where at least I know I’m free.
OR at least I was an illegal, since I'd get amnesty.
After years of being legal, I still wait in line today.
‘Cause there ain’t no doubt, they wana kick us out... God bless the U.S.A.
From the lakes of Minnesota, to the hills of Tennessee,
across the plains of Texas, we are sick of our H1 -B,
From Detroit down to Houston and New York to LA,
Well, there’s sadness in every legal's heart,
and it’s time to stand and say:
<repeat chorus>

Some paras from The Myth of the Middle (http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2007/02/28/AR2007022801817.html)
One explanation for all this is that politicians are acting against the will of their compromise-loving constituents. Another is that Republicans and Democrats are simply being good representatives. We think the evidence supports the second interpretation.
The Cooperative Congressional Election Study (CCES) surveyed more than 24,000 Americans who voted in 2006. The Internet-based survey compiled by researchers at 30 universities produced a sample that almost perfectly matched the national House election results: 54 percent of the respondents reported voting for a Democrat, while 46 percent said they voted for a Republican. The demographic characteristics of the voters surveyed also closely matched those in the 2006 national exit poll. If anything, the CCES respondents claimed they were more "independent" than those in the exit poll.
The CCES survey asked about 14 national issues: the war in Iraq (the invasion and the troops), abortion (and partial birth abortion), stem cell research, global warming, health insurance, immigration, the minimum wage, liberalism and conservatism, same-sex marriage, privatizing Social Security, affirmative action, and capital gains taxes. Not surprisingly, some of the largest differences between Democrats and Republicans were over the Iraq war. Fully 85 percent of those who voted for Democratic House candidates felt that it had been a mistake to invade Iraq, compared with only 18 percent of voters who cast ballots for Republicans.
When we combined voters' answers to the 14 issue questions to form a liberal-conservative scale (answers were divided into five equivalent categories based on overall liberalism vs. conservatism), 86 percent of Democratic voters were on the liberal side of the scale while 80 percent of Republican voters were on the conservative side. Only 10 percent of all voters were in the center. The visual representation of the nation's voters isn't a nicely shaped bell, with most voters in the moderate middle. It's a sharp V.
The evidence from this survey isn't surprising; nor are the findings new. For the past three decades, the major parties and the electorate have grown more divided -- in what they think, where they live and how they vote. It may be comforting to believe our problems could be solved if only those vile politicians in Washington would learn to get along. The source of the country's division, however, is nestled much closer to home.

No that's not the case, there are stringent reqmts for proof of Date of Birth. Passport is not one of them...
Please check other forums where this has been discussed..
I think a passport can be used to show the birth date.

Please let me know how do I convert TR labor pending in BEC to RIR.
Accoding to recent law, I know that we can do it
My original application was filed under RIR and my RIR has been rejected and my LC went back to TR queue. I also know that you can again convert back to RIR from TR even if original RIR is rejected.Blood $uckers took 4 years to tell this.

My parents will be visiting us here soon, and when they return, we want to see if we can send kids to India (2 and 5yrs). Kids have never been to India, and I would like to know which is a better option and why. Greatly appreciate your advice.

You can have 2 485s pending at the same time - this happens fairly often. Once CIS is ready to approve one, they will ask if you want to withdraw the other. You may not get approved for a second EAD and AP, however, while you have valid versions of these.

The Sojourners are condemning the new law and promising civil disobedience. Here is their leader Reverend Jim Wallace's statement: The law signed today by Arizona Gov. Brewer is a social and racial sin, and should be denounced as such by people of faith and conscience across the nation. It is not just about Arizona, but about all of us, and about what kind of country we want to be. It is not only mean-spirited - it will be ineffective and will only serve to further divide communities in Arizona, making everyone more fearful and less safe. This radical new measure,...

Opinion polling data clearly shows a public ready for immigration reform. But for those who don't believe those polls, a much more interesting one may be the polling of television viewers - the ratings. And they are telling a very interesting story. Lou Dobbs - the public face of the anti-immigrants - is getting CREAMED in the ratings and is no longer the CNN darling who could say the most ridiculous things on the air and get away with them because he delivered the numbers. From Walter Shapiro: Another symbol of softening attitudes may be found in of all...

My parents-in-law visited the USA in the last week on B1/B2 visa. At the port of entry the immigration officer marked the expiration date on I-94 for my father-in-law for 6 months and however did not mark the expiry date on my mother-in-laws I-94.
As they are visiting first time they did not know the procedure and they could not bought this to the immigration officers attention before they left ?
I assume they entered the expiry date in the system for my mother-in-law since both applications were processed at the same time with the same officer.
How this can be fixed ?
Is there any way I can call DHS and confirm the I-94 expiry date in the system ?
Thanks,

I am currently on H1B through company A previously I was working for Company B before that was working for Company C.
I transferred my H1B from C->B->A, Because of current Economy now my employer(Company C) is saying that if I lose my current project at client location he is going to cancel my H1.
If that happens can I go back to B Or C company, as My previous companies never cancelled my H1.
Appreciate any help here.

If your H1B approved as a part of change of status from L1, Your current status will be H1B (You can check that on new I94) from the date H1B starts. In this case, You lost your L1 status and you need to start working with H1B employer. You need to take advice from your H1B Lawyer.
